Our committed team of caregivers, licensed nurses and home care aides specialize in providing support to seniors, and adults and children who have developmental disabilities (such as but not limited to Autism, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, and intellectual disabilities). Founded in 2003, Choice Home Care was formed in Los Angeles, California as a provider of Respite Care and Home Health Services and now provides services throughout Southern California.
