I started exploring wellness and my journey of study organically led me to what I am doing, helping to guide other highly driven Superwomen who are exhausted from managing everything and everyone to overcome the nagging feeling that there’s never enough time in the day to get it done and the weight on their shoulders is only getting heavier so that they can finally figure out how to release the pressure and feel energized to live a life outside of the ‘to do’s’. I created this company to support Superwomen and help them do some deep dive inner work to rediscover who they are and who they want to become. Not all journeys are the same. I have walked in Superwoman Overdrive mode, know how to stop that cycle, redefine a Superwoman and help those who want to create some semblance of harmony back into their life today.
