It started as CJ CheilJedang's pharmaceutical division in 1984 and was materially divided into CJ Healthcare in 2014. Products representing the company include prescription drugs such as gastroesophageal reflux disease new drug 'KCAB' and infusions, hangover-relieving 'CONDITION', and thirst-relieving beverage as called 'HUTGAESOO'. It was acquired by Kolmar Korea in 2018 and changed its name to HK inno.N corp. in March 2020.
