Independent Resources, Inc. (IRI) is a nonprofit organization that provides quality services to people with disabilities, helping them achieve and maintain an independent lifestyle. We have a unique perspective on disability services, as individuals with disabilities make up more than half of our staff and board of directors. With three locations in New Castle, Kent, and Sussex Counties, we offer a variety programs. Signature programs include: • Launchspace Small Business Program • Transition Life Skills Program • Cooking for Persons with Visual Impairments • Program for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing • Adult and Young Adult Peer Support Group • Disability Ball • White Cane Safety Day In addition, we offer several core services.
