The mission of Lake Scranton Urgent Care is to promote the health and well-being of the local population by providing accessible, high quality medical care for people 5 years of age and older. According to the American College of Emergency Physicians, 90% of emergency departments are at, or over, capacity. Lake Scranton Urgent Care’s broad clinical capabilities will provide one-stop treatment, eliminating additional co-pays and claim submissions associated with other facilities. Lake Scranton Urgent Care will offer immediate, general medical care for the Scranton area and the surrounding communities. The clinic will utilize a trained, nationally-licensed staff, new equipment, up-to-date treatments and techniques, a referral system, and nearby hospital facilities in order to maximize the care for each patient.
