Coopers Place Ltd has been established since 2006 and focuses on property development and property trading. The two directors, Greg and Terry, have over 55 years of combined experience in the property sales, development and investment sectors. The directors original and early focus was on niche inner city urban development’s whereby they were able to successfully visualize and identify development opportunities through either planning gains, or planning evolution calumniating in either a change of use from commercial to residential or the maximization of mixed use schemes. The initial gained experience in the property sales and finance sector, together with their financial capability enabled them to deliver exceptional and varied projects ranging from canal side developments, new build apartment blocks to the restoration of large historic listed buildings. In almost every instance the emphasis was to add value at the initial funding/post development stage, enabling either the company and its directors the flexibility in deciding whether or not to proceed to sell on with a planning gain or developed. When developing either socially driven schemes, restorations or new build developments the company has an excellent track record in creating bespoke living environments on a sympathetic and natural scale designed to fit in with today’s modern lifestyles.
