Breathe is a movement studio that focuses on individuals looking for a holistic approach to movement through GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS®. It is equipped with a TheraSauna® and a room for Massage Therapy. Each student receives a program that is personalized and set up to help students achieve his/her goals. We work through progressions that allow for a balance of strength, flexibility, and coordination. Every session grows on the prior one and becomes more challenging.
