独フォルクスワーゲンAG が100% 出資するグループ企業でヨーロッパ最大の自動車販売会社であるPorsche Holding Salzburg（以下PHS）は、2018 年に日本におけるPHS のディーラーネットワーク開発および事業運営の全責任を負うPAIG Japan Automobile Investment GK（以下PAIG Japan）を設立しました。 PHSは、ヨーロッパの17か国、およびコロンビア、チリ、中国、マレーシア、シンガポール、ブルネイ、日本で営業しています。オーストリアのザルツブルクに本拠を置く同社は、スペアパーツの供給、金融サービス、ITシステム開発を通じ、自動車販売に関わる全領域を網羅しています。 PAIG Japan は、2019 年1 月にフォルクスワーゲンジャパン販売、2020 年4 月にアウディジャパン販売の運営をインポーターから継承しました。2022 年4 月からポルシェディーラーを運営するための新会社Exclusive Cars Japan を設立しました。現在、フォルクスワーゲンディーラー11 店舗、アウディディーラー12 店舗、ポルシェディーラー1 店舗を展開しています。 Porsche Holding Salzburg, hereinafter referred to as PHS, the largest automotive trading company in Europe, entered the Japan market in 2019. PAIG Japan Automobile Investment GK, hereinafter referred to as PAIG Japan was established in 2018, and is fully responsible for the dealer network development and operational business management of PHS in Japan market. PHS is operating in 17 countries throughout Europe as well as in Colombia, Chile, China, Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei and Japan. PHS covers the entire automotive trade, through parts distribution, financing services and IT system development. PAIG Japan inherited the operation of Volkswagen Japan Sales in January 2019 and the operation of Audi Japan Sales in April 2020 from the importers. In addition, as a new entity, Exclusive Cars Japan GK was established, in order to run the Porsche Brand retail business, from April 2022. PAIG Japan currently operates 11 Volkswagen dealerships, 12 Audi dealerships, and 1 Porsche dealership.
