EMCC Romania - European Mentoring and Coaching Council is part of EMCC Global, an internationally recognised professional association that gather over 12.500 professionals from coaching and mentoring. EMCC Global exists to develop, promote, and set the expectation of best practice in mentoring, coaching, supervision and team coaching globally for the benefit of society, active in more than 140 countries. We have more than 45,000 graduates of EMCC Global-accredited training programmes worldwide. EMCC România started in October 2012, with the goal to bring locally all the principles and best practices promoted by EMCC Global and to become the Romanian 'body to go' for coaching, mentoring, supervision and team coaching.
