Mission: Reactivating and reforming the Syrian Institutional system to play its positive role according to Syrian law taking into consideration the international conventions and treaties, and raising awareness of the society, building its capacity with a focus on the marginalized and vulnerable groups to enable everyone to contribute in reconstruction of Syria, state of law and institutions, state of citizenship, and human rights. إعادة تفعيل وإصلاح النظام المؤسسي السوري ليلعب دوره الإيجابي وفق القانون السوري مع مراعاة الاتفاقيات والمعاهدات الدولية، ورفع وعي المجتمع، وبناء قدراته، مع التركيز على الفئات المهمشة والضعيفة لتمكين الجميع من المساهمة في إعادة إعمار سوريا: دولة القانون والمؤسسات، دولة المواطنة وحقوق الإنسان.
