Then once becoming a leader, learning how to own the role, finding your own leadership style, and just feeling comfortable no matter what is thrown at you. With over 20 years in corporate leading teams and departments, then more recently running a couple of small businesses, the coaching and mentoring element is the part I enjoy the most.
