ARP- Advanced Rubber Products
www.advancedrubberproducts.comAs contract manufacturers of rubber materials, the highly skilled team at Advanced Rubber Products is able to operate state-of-the-art machinery to custom mold rubber product with outstanding customer service. We use several rubber molding processes including rubber injection molding, compression molding and transfer rubber molding. ARP also has a machine shop onsite, which allows us to fabricate custom metal pieces for molds. ARP contracts with several custom mold maker tool shops for new molds. In addition, Advanced Rubber Products has the ability and experience to use other molding processes like compression molding and transfer molding. Compression molding is a high-pressure process that places a premixed compound into a custom mold, which is then compressed and forced into contact with all mold areas. If needed, ARP uses an advanced cryogenic flash removal process in which the products are brought to a lower temperature, making the excess rubber compound extremely brittle. The excess material is then bombarded with thousands of tiny pellets and the flashes are completely removed. ARP is a subsidiary of TMP Technologies: tmptech.com
