The Parlour Project is a non-profit movement supported by volunteers dedicated to bringing people together in community. Our mission is to achieve wellbeing for all whether in their living rooms, in the office , the park or the coffee shop – we create opportunities to gather, collaborate and build connection with one another. Through virtual on-line classes and in-person events we strive to provide uplifting experiences to improve body, mind and spirit.
