Mind Body Performance Management provides on site training sessions in meditation and mind wellness for business, medical and law enforcement professionals. Every action that we send out to the world and every reaction that comes back, is filtered through our state of mind. Having a mind that is open, calm and focused is essential for peak mind/body performance. It is essential at work for professional performance and at home for personal relationships. When our mind is subjected to stress, anger and anxiety, our ability to perform suffers. The Mind Body Performance Program is specifically designed to address these problems. The program is an innovative blend of mind training techniques taken from disciplines from around the world. These techniques have been selected because they are simple, efficient and effective. This program is built on learning by doing. On completion, the student will have the skills to restore and maintain their own inner foundation. With five minutes a day, this is a self maintaining process. The full course consists of nine one hour sessions. Lisa Okochi, a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Director of Mind Body Performance Management, has devoted her life to teaching, training and helping people to achieve and then maintain a healthy mind and body. She has been in private practice since 2005, teaching her students meditation, yoga and mind/body science.
