SARDELLINI MARASCA ARCHITETTI (Arch. Anita Sardellini, Arch. Giorgio Marasca, Ing. Arch. Andrea Marasca) is based in Ancona and has been operating in the public and private works sector for more than 50 years. It has a flexible and integrated organizational structure in which professionalism, experience and awards acquired over the years place it among the main realities of the Italian Adriatic Coast and reference for the management of projects at the most diverse scales, from urban projects to interior design. The studio has always dealt with the world of architecture and landscape through design competitions and is an expert in solving complex design programs. We mention some important buildings already built such as: the headquarters of the Port Authority of Ravenna (selected for the Gold Medal for Italian architecture), the headquarters of the Ancona State Property Agency and the Headquarters of the Ancona Zooprophylactic Institute, selected for the Italian Architect Award and awarded the Ad'A- Adriatic Architecture Award 2020. Numerous important works are currently underway such as: the new Ancona Bus Station and Exchanger Parking, the urban redevelopment of the historic center of Jesi, the construction of a new school complex in the Municipality of Venarotta, in addition to the new Waterfront of Ancona. PHILOSOPHY The practice of the studio is based on a few but solid concepts: continuous research of quality, control of the budget and of the program through a continuous dialogue both internally and with the client.
