Saigon Scooter Centre was established in 1997 by Patrick Joynt, originally from the U.K who had been a scooter enthusiast since early childhood. Owning his first scooter (Vespa p200e) at the age of 13 and later getting involved in British scooter rally's of the early 80s was quickly hooked into the Scooter Scene. Later travels found him in Vietnam in 1997 for an unplanned 3 day visit. SSC was founded in 1997 and the success and expansion of SSC over the past 22 years has been a combination of hard work, skilled workmanship, quality products , innovative designs and a professional energetic team. As of today Saigon Scooter Centre is Vietnam's only 100% foreign owner and fully licenced scooter business exporting to over 50 countries worldwide.
