We routinely structure, review, and negotiate executive compensation arrangements where an equity position is offered and non-compete terms are proposed. So, we work closely with our clients to strategically identify, protect, manage, and invest their intellectual property assets through a wide variety of domestic and international intellectual property related transactions and licensing agreements.
