Goraieb Versuchstechnik (now GVT) was founded 1993 as an engineering support for the “Nuclear Research Center Karlsruhe”, now part of KIT (Karlsruhe Institute of Technology). Since 2009 KBHF is the managing general partner of GVT. Goraieb Versuchstechnik 1993 als Einzelfirma gegründet wurde 2009 in eine KG umgewandelt. Die ebenfalls 2009 gegründete KBHF GmbH ist die Komplementärin von GVT. Die Hauptaufgabe besteht in der Entwicklung und dem Bau von Versuchs- und Pilotanlagen.
