OUR MISSION To serve kidney disease patients and their families, increase awareness and early detection of chronic kidney disease, provide a network for collaboration among renal healthcare providers and promote organ donation. OUR GOAL To lighten the burden of kidney disease throughout Kentucky and be a significant force in identifying kidney disease in its early stages and reducing the incidence of end stage renal disease (ESRD).
