Indian Summer Arts Society (ISAS) is a Vancouver-based not-for-profit secular arts organization founded in 2011. Our vision is for an inclusive, diverse, and culturally rich society. Indian Summer Festival takes place on the unceded Coast Salish territories of the Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), Səl̓ílwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh), and xʷməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam) Nations. We produce the Indian Summer Festival every July. Our multi-arts festival is where worlds meet in Greater Vancouver. Now entering its eighth year, the festival offers ten days of innovative interdisciplinary events that catalyze and inspire diverse audiences & artists in a spirit of dialogue and global citizenship. The festival has been immensely successful in establishing itself as a significant cultural phenomenon for the city, featuring some of the finest artists and visionaries from Canada, the US, South Asia and beyond.
