British Benevolent Fund of Spain
www.britishbenevolentfund.orgThe British Benevolent Fund (BBF) is one of the oldest English speaking charities in Spain with records going back to the 1930s. The fund provides financial support for those British nationals in Spain who have no other recourse. The BBF works closely with the UK consular network in Spain as well as partner charities throughout the country. Our case support committee looks at all applications for help fairly and confidentially. Many applications are from vulnerable members of the community who have neither funds or family and friends. The British Ambassador to Spain, Hugh Elliott is its patron.
