Open Up is a breathwork institute and human growth organization, founded by Katrien Franken in 2015. We offer, research, facilitate and develop methodologies and approaches that leverage the psychotherapeutic, experiential, philosophical and educational potential of breathwork and inner work for transformative change, suited to a better world. We challenge and support humans and organizations to open up in consciousness and have facilitated individual & group experiences for thousands of people around the world, both in person and online. The exciting cutting-edge for Open Up lives in the experiential and the experiment where we step into the imaginal and the unknown. We are facilitating these processes inter-culturally and cross-disciplinary and across multiple societal contexts applying the complexity of breathwork and inner growth work which can engage individuals to become active co-creators and conscious responsive leaders of the future. In our for-profit and non-profit arenas we are building foundations and a source of credibility for what’s possible in exploring new understandings of human healing potential and inner growth.
