Water Globe Consultants, LLC is a professional consulting company specialized in providing independent engineering services in the field of seawater desalination and water reuse. The company is established in April of 2009 and is under sole ownership of Mr. Nikolay Voutchkov and has offices in Winter Springs, Florida, USA (Headquarters) and Paris, France. Mr. Voutchkov is a registered professional engineer and a board certified environmental engineer (BCEE) by the American Academy of Environmental Engineers. He has over 30 years of experience in planning, environmental review, permitting and implementation of large seawater desalination, water treatment and water reclamation projects in the US and abroad. He is a Director of the International Desalination Association.
