Keta Group, LLC (Keta Group) is a tribally-owned, Louisiana limited liability company that was founded in 2003 by the Chitimacha Tribe of Louisiana, a federally recognized North American Indian Tribe. Keta Group's primary purpose is to diversify and bolster the economy of the Chitimacha Tribe and provide opportunities and benefits to its members, approximately 1,000 people, by capitalizing on opportunities in the federal contracting market. Keta Group is a recent graduate of the SBA 8(a) program and is a Tribally-Owned Disadvantaged Business. Keta Group's corporate headquarters are located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and Keta Group has subsidiary and project offices in Colorado Springs, Colorado; Washington, D.C.; Schriever AFB, Colorado; Peterson AFB, Colorado; Vandenberg AFB, California; Columbus, Georgia; and on the Chitimacha Reservation in Charenton, Louisiana. Keta Group is the parent holding company of the following wholly-owned subsidiary companies, each focusing on a different industry: Tiya Support Services, LLC; CP Resources, LLC; and Tiya Services, LLC. SBA 8(a) certification is in process for all of our subsidiary companies. The product and service offerings of the Keta Group family of companies are focused on information technology services, disaster recovery services, space and defense engineering services, construction, and facility management services associated with facility and base operations support services.
