Workplace Investigations Group
www.internal-investigations.comWIG is a company that provides training for interpersonal misconduct investigations (EEO, Title IX, Harassment, etc.) and also vets attorneys who conduct such investigations for acceptance into its national directory. Accepted investigators are those individuals who are licensed attorneys, have a minimum of ten years of employment litigation experience, and affirm their commitment to the professional tenets of investigations set by the Association of Workplace Investigators. Directory members are routinely hired as a third-party to investigate claims of sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation and other claims of interpersonal misconduct in the workplace and/or schools. Such misconduct typically involves EEO issues, bullying, inappropriate conduct, discrimination, harassment, retaliation and more. Wherever the organization is located, WIG provides training and qualified investigators that can effectively respond to the need quickly and competently. WIG also provides training to in-house counsel, risk managers, and human resources professionals on all aspects of workplace investigations. These training courses are open periodically throughout the year to the public, though many corporations choose to hold the training internally and on-site.
