Academy M is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization that uses data-driven mentorship, career training, and personal development to help Millennials and non-millennials discover their true purpose in life and career. The organization was founded in 2016 by Dahru Garner, Natasha Garner, and Khufere Qhamata, and is led by a diverse board of educators, researchers, and business leaders from different regions in the United States.
