Prior to founding their practice in 2007, principals Matthew Oudens, AIA, LEED AP and Conrad Ello, AIA, LEED AP held senior leadership positions at Machado and Silvetti Associates, a 40-person, internationally recognized design firm. They have extensive experience managing complex design processes, budgets, schedules, consultant and client teams. Award-winning projects under their leadership include the Getty Villa, Bowdoin College Museum of Art, Honan-Allston Branch of the Boston Public Library, and the South Boston Maritime Park for the Massachusetts Port Authority.
