Bella Luna Productions is an independent film production company based in Marshalltown, Iowa. Our mission is to produce insightful, intelligent and entertaining narrative films for the domestic and European market. It is our hope to create a hub of filmmaking activity far removed from the mainstream. We are inspired by the light, space and people of Iowa, and Marshalltown in particular, by its personality, humor, generosity of spirit, and historic ties to European cinema through the ground-breaking work of Marshalltown-born actress Jean Seberg.
