Collegiate Charter School of Lowell (Collegiate) is a tuition-free public charter school that provides an academically challenging program in a safe and structured environment. The school opened its doors in 2013, originally serving students enrolled in Kindergarten through Grade 3 and has grown into a K-12 school serving 1,200 students.
