She went on to obtain her law degree and New York State law license, and she has been teaching continuing education courses to HR, funeral, and legal professionals since 2003. When NYS made sexual harassment prevention training mandatory in 2019, she launched the online school so that employers with fewer than 10 employees or largely virtual workforces had an easier way to comply.
