Our bare boards manufacturing capabilities include 2 to 12 layers, minimum 3-mil line thickness and spacing. Board type includes standard HASL, RoHS, high temp, immersion gold, immersion silver, etc. The equipment is state of the art. All boards are certified with UL94-v-o. We require each board to be tested either by flying probe equipment or fixed testing fixture and 100% QA inspected for your quality assurance. For assemblies, we have a SMT line to assist you with our reasonable prices and short lead-times. I just wanted to remind you that we handle thru hole, SMT, Lead free, high temperature assemblies, cables, potting, and enclosures. AccuPack will also provide testing at no charge to our customers as long as they provide us with the test fixtures for their assemblies for quality assurance.
