Jim formed the firm and operated as a sole proprietor named James D. Webb, Engineer – Surveyor with the intent to provide professional engineering and land surveying services to public and private clients. In 2007, Webb Engineering, Inc. was formed with the mission to continue the commitment to provide the quality of service Mr. Webb fostered that is centered around a focus on "communication, innovation and excellence".
