When The Executive Evolution was founded by Dani Pickens, Heather Graham and Jacqueline Duffy in January of 2022, it was created with a vision of developing a safe and respectful environment where women can have honest and necessary discussions about work and life as a community. Since the launch, it has transformed many lives and careers for these women- so It made sense to carry on and to grow this organization and community of tech and channel professionals. We aim to continue to discuss topics that are present and pressing in our everyday lives as impactful and inspirational females in an industry that continues to challenge our positions and upward growth every single day.
