Our services: Creative Talent We have curated an excellent database of Disabled creative talent filled with Artists, Illustrators, Directors, Filmmakers, Photographers, Writers, Designers and Voiceover Artists. Consultancy, Coaching & Training If you are new to Disability inclusion, we can support you with workshops and consultancy to confidently take your first steps in including Disabled people within your workplace. We can guide you on language, accessibility, DE&I initiatives and inclusive hiring processes. Whatever your needs, we’re here to help. Research Groups Each month we work with a sponsor to run a monthly research group with a curated selection of Disabled people to discuss anything from concepts, product design, problem solving to societal issues. The sponsors decide the topic and we facilitate and guide on language and accessibility. Why should you care? The real question is, why wouldn’t you? There are 14.1 million people in the UK who identify as Disabled. When it comes to employment and employability, why ignore nearly a whole quarter of the UK population that are adaptable, resilient and huge problem solvers; all skills that transfer perfectly into the workplace. We can guide you in eliminating barriers, whether they be societal, physical, visible or invisible.
