Throughout my career, as en effective Manager and Leader, I have had to enhanse and refine my personal and business skills. I have thrived in the business world because of a combination of evaluating the knowledge and experience I had at each inflection point of my career.\ and to be receptive to being taught by others who were more experienced. My ability to excel in a postion was a direct result of that coaching. Ultimately, it was key to developing an appreciation the value of a good mentor and coach can bring to any career. Early in my career, I was fortunate to have a mentor who picked the right coaches for me to work with, developing specific skills which needed to be enhanced. Insuring I had tools to excel in my career. then, once I learned how to identify deficiencies in my skills, it enabled me to seek out coaches to fill those gaps. This has worked for me in both my professional and personal life.   For the last 30 years I have acted as both Mentor and Coach to individuals at all stages of their careers and life. I help individuals build and execute their Career and Life Plans. I have had success working with clients careers and need to define “Their Purpose”.
