Since 1981, CONSUMER PROTECTION EDUCATION AND RESEARCH CENTRE is a government of India registered National Organization (www.allindiaconsumers.com). We aim to ensure time bound justice to the consumers for any deficiency in product or services experienced by him/her. CPERC ( All India Consumers.Com) has evolved into a big mission to promote consumerism and protect consumer interests at national level also working in the field of education of under privileged children and partnering with corporates for their CSR objectives. Today we have registered Indian consumers from nearly 180 cities and towns of India. We have got consumers justice by solving 97% complains/cases against some of the biggest brands from every sector. Our Main Functions: • Accelerating Consumer Awareness/Educating Consumers. • Filing complains/case against brands on Behalf of Consumers. • Organize free training programs. • Organizing Protests against Adulteration etc. • Promoting Network of Consumers. • Extending Support to Government for consumer awareness movement. At AIC, we have always believed that collective voice reaches farther than the voice of an individual. We have found that it is extremely tough for an individual to work on all these issues, and therefore for a sustainable holistic solution we felt that we need an organization to co-ordinate and voice the grievances of the public – to make the change.
