Martina Mason is the founder of Dragonfly Financial Services for Women and co-founder of Iron Plan Solutions Group. Martina has served in the financial services industry for over twenty years. She and her husband Mal have worked tirelessly to build Iron Plan Solutions Group into an elite business and retirement planning firm. Just this year Martina launched Dragonfly Financial Services for Women as a financial planning firm dedicated solely to women. Martina has a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Finance. In the financial industry, female representation is highly under-represented. Martina is working to break the mold of the “good old boys club” and standing as a role model for the next generation of women. With a daughter in college, a devoted husband and a thriving career, Martina understands the challenges that women face today. She is passionate about helping women navigate the complex world of financial planning. Martina’s out of the box style of planning has allowed her to become the boldest version of herself.
