Dr. Bata Ltd. was founded by Hungarian chemical engineers in 1987 with the aim to manufacture feed additives utilizing fermentation process. Since the founding our company has developed additional products that are now internationally patented. Our dedicated in-house professionals are continuously working to developing new product ranges from the latest research. Through scientific research the company has built close relationship with a number of universities - including among several others the University of St. Stephen, Budapest University of Technology and Economics, University of Kaposvar and academic organizations such as MTA Biological Research Center Szeged, Agricultural Biotechnology Research Center. Our products are manufactured at our companys own manufacturer site which is prepared to ensure continuous high level infrastructure. The manufacturing process of our products require specific production methods which makes our products unique in the market. Our company has developed steadily over the past 20 years, we are not only an important actor in the domestic market but also a truly global player. Our company realizes 25-30% of its sales in the EU while the majority of our turnover is originated from our stable presence in the Asian, South American markets. Thank to our commitments to natural herb solutions we have developed products that improve the economic metrics of animal husbandry. We are working on the development of products which significantly improve the digestive system of the animals by stabilizing the specific indicators (feed consumption, daily weight gain), thus reducing the feeding, as well as other (eg. Veterinary) costs. Based on customer feedback, the farmers have realized significant cost savings using our products. Our aim is to produce high quality products and to deliver excellent consulting to serve the livestock industry, to increase the efficiency of production and to enhance food security.
