UVA Radiology and Medical Imaging offers educational training for candidates seeking a residency or fellowship in one of the following areas: musculoskeletal, body imaging, neuroradiology, breast imaging, interventional, neuro-interventional radiology and nuclear medicine. The Radiology Department also employs specialized radiology nurses and technologist who provide high quality images on some of the most state-of-the art equipment in the country. Our Medical Imaging Research division consistently ranks as one of the top funded department’s within the UVA School of Medicine.
