The Outlook Foundation is a registered charity, overseen by a Board of Directors. The Outlook Foundation is run on a day-to day basis by three operational directors, a registered manager at each home and a large team of staff all of whom help to make The Outlook Foundation a unique service. We also call upon specialist working partners such as psychologists and behaviour support where needed to ensure our residents and tenants receive the best service tailored to them. MISSION STATEMENT Empowering people with learning disabilities by providing safe, comfortable homes in the community. Delivering person centred support, educational development, life skills training and promoting wellbeing, which will enable individuals to achieve their full potential.
