General Hospital Izola is one of the hospitals in Slovenia which provides medical services at the secondary level. The hospital is organized in four large medical departments: Department of surgery, Department of internal medicine, Department of Gynecology and obstetrics and the pediatric Department, in addition to the above, the Department of medical services. The General Hospital Izola offers comprehensive inpatient and outpatient specialist medical care at secondary level for the inhabitants and visitors of the Slovenian Coast region.
