Teach For Vietnam builds a pipeline of future leaders by seeking and developing youth talents from multiple backgrounds to establish a sustainable ecosystem for an excellent education for all children in Vietnam. In detail: - We enlist the most outstanding future leaders, so called "fellows", from multiple industries and provide them with training on the necessary knowledge, skills and expertise before assigning them to teach full-time at public schools in disadvantaged provinces for 2 years to positively impact student achievement and cultivate habits for success in students there. - After 2 years of teaching and fitting in with the community, these former fellows from different industries will collectively create a wave of change in the field of education, regardless of the industry they work in.
