Launched by a duo team of Chef and Sustainability Advisor, Cavalry focuses on comfort and functionality while prioritising sustainability throughout their product design and supply chain process. Cavalry pays homage to a restaurant’s service crew – chefs, line cooks, dishwashers – everyone needed to run a kitchen. It’s a team effort and family mentality.
