Hertfordshire Care Providers Association
www.hcpa.infoAt HCPA, everything we do is centered on helping Hertfordshire based adult care providers to raise their standards of quality by offering fully funded training, network events and study days, low cost or fully funded business services, advice and tailored support. We manage over £3 million of funding for adult social care training courses and qualifications for our members on behalf of the government, the local authority, the NHS, and other funding agencies. We offer a broad range of training and qualifications to enable private, voluntary and independent care providers, at all levels of their career, to keep up to date with local and national initiatives and continually improve their knowledge and skills. A key part of our role is to act as a collective voice for Hertfordshire care providers. We listen to feedback from our members and work closely with our partners at Hertfordshire County Council (HCC), Care Quality Commission (CQC), Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs), Skills for Care and other public bodies, to help make positive changes in the Herts adult social care sector.
