Tandem was started by two partners Tracey Johns and Pete Williams, who shared a vision for how to build a different kind of talent firm and the entrepreneurial passion to start something fresh. Tracey has extensive experience providing value to clients and candidates within the HR and Finance functions, delivering executive search, recruitment advice and project management to multinationals and small to medium sized businesses. Pete Williams partners with Tracey in delivering project specific solutions in addition to providing executive search and recruitment advice in the areas of engineering and operations in manufacturing.
