The Company’s vision towards the investment market emerged to go alongside the development and aspiration of Egypt under its current leadership; specifically, after the adoption of sustainable development approach as an economic and strategic plan for the country based on development of the economy. The pillar of this liberation was achieved through liberation of the exchange rate, reduction of government support, liberalization of the internal market, introduction of employment and investment opportunities and the revaluation of treasury assets. All the above is reflected on the re-evaluation and pricing of the country’s properties and the restoration of the existing infrastructure of the Egyptian community (roads, electricity, gas, sweage and water), in addition to applying modern technology to the infrastructure.
