A pioneer of independent Australian design ELK was founded by husband and wife duo Marnie Goding and Adam Koniaras in 2004 in Melbourne, Australia. OUR TRANSPARENCY As a family owned and operated business, people are at the heart of everything we do. Our mission is to design and manufacture well-considered products that support traditional trades, a circular economy and are made responsibly, with regard for people, animals and the environment. To support our values we have released the ELK Transparency Report. With four years of research and training, a dedicated team and active industry participation there are few other Australian labels with the depth of knowledge or all-encompassing commitment to redesigning their business. This report is an in-depth analysis which details how we operate as a fashion business and highlights our ethical and environmental journey. It looks at our international operations, our people and the culture that makes ELK a unique Australian brand. It serves as a public statement around our commitment to running a business with transparency, honesty and integrity.
