CORE is a unique fitness studio that offers personal training and group fitness classes, along with customized nutritional guidance. Our 5,200 square foot-facility provides plenty of space for a hard core workout with knowledgeable and dedicated instructors in an energetic and fun environment. We also add a twist to the hard core work out - we make it fun! We customize challenging workouts for every class and blend them with music and energy to create a unique fitness experience.
