Contract packaging with Merlin Packaging have landed an ‘A’ Grade BRC accreditation and Soil Association to handle Organic Foods. VFFS Our bagging machines are equipped to pack 60/70 packs per minute in any desired weight and material, subject to film size and product type. HAND ASSEMBLY We offer full hand assembly and rework services for all types of products including gift boxes and hampers. INKJET CODING We have different ranges of coding equipment to cover all types of information required on different materials. AUTOMATED JAR LABELING Our machines are fully automated, capable of applying various types of labels to all types of packaging such as plastic and glass. POUCH FILLING We offer both machine fill and hand fill on all types of pouches in any desired weight or format
