Ray White Lower North Shore (trading as Courtesy Real Estate prior to 1987) has been one of the Lower North Shore’s leading real estate businesses since 1976. The original office, a converted Victorian terrace house at 158 Ben Boyd Road, more recently accommodated our Property Management Department while the Sales Office was based at Gateway Court on the corner of Ben Boyd Road and Military Road. On the 26th November 2001, both offices moved into our new state-of-the-art headquarters at 3 Young Street, Neutral Bay – the perfect location from which to service the entire Lower North Shore area. Ray White Lower North Shore is currently the number two sales office within the Group in New South Wales and the number two in the entire Ray White group of over 950 offices. Our Property Management Department currently manages over 1,100 properties and is one of the largest in the area. Our systems have been developed and refined over many years enabling us to offer a level of service second to none. As a result of recent expansion of the business, technological improvements and staff development our sales and property management turnover has more than doubled in the last three years.
